Holly Sonders, an anchor on The Golf Channel's "Morning Drive," appears on the May cover of Golf Digest to dish on how to get into the best golfing shape.
The issue features Sonders' workout regimen as well as a 35-page spread on how readers can get into good shape themselves.

A self-described "3 or 4" handicap golfer, Sonders played at Michigan State before beginning her broadcast career. She worked for the Big Ten Network and also did a stint at KATV in Little Rock, Ark., before settling in at The Golf Channel.
Sonders has been at the center of some controversy on The Golf Channel with critics slamming the network for taking advantage of Sonders' sex appeal. When she joined "Morning Drive," the hosts sat behind a desk but Sonders was seated away from them on a stool, usually wearing short dresses and heels. Sonders never saw it that way, though.
"Some people would comment, 'You're objectifying her.' There was just no other place to put me, honestly," Sonders said in an excerpt of her Golf Digest interview. "The cameras were in the wall. I dress the way I dress because style is very important to me. I love being a girl. You can be a pit-bull competitor. You can want to kick people’s a**** in every sport, but you can still be feminine and still be sexy."
