11 Shortest Hollywood Male Stars

They have a big onscreen presence, but in reality, some of Hollywood's top actors are lacking in terms of height. Elijah Wood, Daniel Radcliffe, and comedian Aziz Ansari are among some of the shortest male celebrities around, but how do they compare to other top names?

Wonder Wall recently came up with the answer by looking a little closer at the heights of well-known stars. Based on their findings, here are 11 of the shortest male stars in Hollywood:

11. Dustin Hoffman. Forget tall, dark, and handsome. Dustin Hoffman stands at 5-foot-6 but continues to be named one of the sexiest men alive.

10. Aziz Ansari. He is 5-foot-6 but when this comedian and "Master of None" star enters the room, his height is eclipsed by his comic nature.

9. Elijah Wood. Perhaps his height played a role in his casting as a Hobbit? At 5-foot-6, Wood is among the shortest male actors in Hollywood (and possibly the shortest Hobbit in Middle Earth).

8. Johnny Galecki. Want proof that dynamite comes in small packages? "Big Bang" star Johnny Galecki is only 5-foot-5.

7. Daniel Radcliffe. With great power comes great responsibility, as Daniel Radcliffe's character Harry Potter had to learn in the popular film series. At 5-foot-5, he carried that great responsibility well, though.

6. Ken Jeong. Another example of dynamite coming in small packages, or in Ken Jeong's case a bag of laughs. The actor and comedian stands at 5 feet tall.

5. Bruno Mars. On stage he is larger-than-life, but off the stage it's a different story for Bruno Mars, who at 5-foot-5 is among the shortest male celebrities.

4. Seth Green. He packs a whole lot of punch in "Family Guy," but if you see Seth Green in real life, you may notice he is not the tallest person around. The actor stands at 5-foot-4.

3. Kevin Hart. At just 5-foot-4, Hart may be known as one of the shortest male celebrities in Hollywood, but he has also been listed as one of the most influential by Time magazine.

2.  Michael J. Fox. At just 5-foot-4, what Fox lacks in height he makes up for in charm.

1. Danny Devito. Topping the list as the shortest male celebrity is Devito who, due to a rare genetic disorder affecting bone growth, stands at 4-foot-10.
