Tensions between Jameela Jamil and Khloé Kardashian continue to mount as the ‘Good Place’ star takes aim at the Kardashians and what she stated as their pattern of irresponsible endorsement deals for weight-loss products, claiming that their pockets are lined with the blood "of teenage girls."
Jamil's latest swipe comes in response to comments passed by Khloé Kardashian implying she was "silly" during a recent interview with the The New York Times.
The conflict first arose when Jamil slammed Khloé Kardashian for promoting a diet product in a sponsored post to Instagram last month. The actress wrote a lengthy post in the comments section, questioning the morality behind promoting diet products on social media.
"If you're too irresponsible to: a) own up to the fact that you have a personal trainer, nutritionist, probable chef, and a surgeon to achieve your aesthetic, rather than this laxative product… And b) tell them the side effects of this NON-FDA approved product, that most doctors are saying aren't healthy," Jamil posted . "Side effects such as: Possible Flat Tummy Tea side effects are cramping, stomach pains, diarrhea and dehydration… Then I guess I have to."
Khloé Kardashian responded to the remarks to the Times.
"Ninety percent of people will be really excited about the family and the journey and who we are," she said.
Jamil did not hesitate to once again call Khloé Kardashian out on social media. Taking to Twitter, she hinted that the Kardashians were targeting "the young, impressionable people, or those struggling with eating disorders."
The actress is known to be vocal about celebrities pushing diet products to their fans. In her tweet, Jamil noted that she had turned down multiple offers to promote similar products. She added that the Kardashian's pockets are "lined with the blood and diarrhea of teenage girls."
Followers now wait with baited breath for Khloé Kardashian's retort.
