After acknowledging six months ago that their relationship was over, Jane Seymour made it official last week when she filed for legal separation from her husband of 20 years, actor and director James Keach.
On the court documents obtained by E! Online, Seymour, 62, left the date of separation as "TBD" and cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

The former Bond girl is petitioning for joint physical and legal custody of the couple's 17-year-old twins — Kristopher and John — and has requested that she not be required to pay spousal support.
Seymour and Keach were married in 1993 — his third marriage and her fourth.
The couple announced their separation back in April.
"They will continue their relationship as devoted parents to their children, as business associates and partners, and in their joint dedication to preserving and furthering the charitable endeavors that they've worked on throughout their marriage,"
a joint statement, obtained by People magazine, read.
Seymour opened up about the split on "The View" shortly after the April announcement.
"Obviously, it's really devastating. It did happen a while ago. It was sort of kept quiet," she said. "We open our hearts to one another. We respect one another. We've been together 22 years, and we will be together the rest of our lives raising our children and doing things like the Open Hearts Foundation."
Open Hearts is a nonprofit devoted to funding charitable organizations in areas like health, arts, education, and sports.
