Serial killer and cannibal Jeffrey Dahmer’s childhood home in Ohio where he first killed is for sale again, after being pulled off the market in 2012.
It didn’t sell two years ago because of the
depressed market combined with its past, Realtor Rich Lubinski told The Associated Press.

"If you can get past that little problem, you'll have a wonderful place to live," Chris Butler, the home's current owner who bought the house aware of the notorious killer who lived there, told the AP.
The Bath, Ohio, three-bedroom, two-bath home is on a wooded lot with a pond behind it and is listed at $295,000.
Butler, who was the singer-songwriter for The Waitresses and wrote “I Know What Boys Like,”
told WKYC-TV that he was more interested in the house's style and location and was "not interested in the supernatural."
The home has sold six times since the 1980s, WKYC said. Dahmer lived there with his parents, and killed a hitchhiker there when he was 18, burying the remains in the wooded area near the home. He left in 1982.
“It depends if you’re spooked by ghosts, if you’re spooked by a murder?” Butler said of whether his house will sell. “The house didn’t kill anybody.”
PETA picked up on the house being listed and columnist Jennifer O’Connell suggested the house be turned into a restaurant. A vegan restaurant.
“What better way to transform this building’s sordid past than by creating a cruelty-free vegan dining spot in that will inspire visitors to choose nonviolent meals and practice compassion with every bite they take?” O’Connell wrote. “The name we have in mind is “Eat for Life—Home Cooking.”
Interestingly, Dahmer’s name was also in the news this week after Republican Rep. Steve King spoke at a National Security Action Summit last month and said that
Dahmer "didn’t do nearly as much damage as Snowden did," Buzzfeed noted.
