Jon Bon Jovi: Bride Gets Wish for Rocker to Walk Her Down Aisle

By    |   Tuesday, 15 October 2013 12:56 PM EDT

A bride got her wedding wish when Jon Bon Jovi made a pit stop at Las Vegas' Graceland Wedding Chapel on Saturday to walk the superfan down the aisle after she petitioned the rocker online for months.

Branka Delic, an Australian Bon Jovi fan, started a website — Bonjoviwalkmedowntheaisle.com — and a Facebook page back in August where she pleaded for the rock star to come to her wedding.

"All her life, Branka thought she would marry Bon Jovi himself. Sadly, at the age of 34 she realized this would never happen, and she accepted [fiancé] Gonzo [Cladera]'s proposal instead," the website reads. "We're living on a prayer and we want you to come lay your hands on me and walk me down the aisle!"

In town on his "Because We Can" world tour to perform at the MGM Grand Saturday night, Bon Jovi shocked everyone when he actually showed up at the chapel to give Delic away.

Perhaps not-so-coincidentally, Bon Jovi and his wife Dorothea got married at the Graceland Chapel in 1989.

"I have memories for life which I'll never forget," Delic wrote on Facebook. "Such an amazing man [to] take time from his schedule to come walk this crazy Aussie down the aisle."
