Julia Roberts listed her Hawaiian mansion for $30 million this week — twice as much as she bought it for in 2011.
HLN reported that the two-acre property on Kauai's posh Hanalei Bay was originally purchased by Roberts for $13.4 million. The 3,800-square-foot house was built in 1946, and is known as "The Faye Estate."
It features seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, and additional units can be built on the land. The land itself is flanked by mountains on one side, and 200 feet of beachfront on the other.
Roberts' neighbors in Hanalei Bay include Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, as well as actor Chuck Norris.
According to People magazine, Roberts is among the A-listers "Late Show" host David Letterman has invited to take part in his final month of filming before retiring.
