Prince George took his first steps in public on Sunday, walking on the sidelines of his father Prince William's polo match with a little help from his mom, Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge.
According to the BBC, baby George was last seen in public in April, following a 19-day tour through Australia, a former British colony. Clarence House, the family's private office, called Sunday's appearance an "impromptu family day out."

The steps come just a month before baby George's first birthday as his father and uncle Harry competed at the annual Maserati Jerudong Trophy Polo Match at the Cirencester Park. The match benefits Centrepoint, the Duke of Cambridge's charity.
The Daily Express described George's red-and-white jumper and polo shirt outfit as "patriotic" and many publications said it was a great gift for Prince William, 31, on his very first Father's Day.
The affair was indeed a casual one for Middleton and baby George, as they mostly stood on the sidelines, playing in the grass, and occasionally chatting with passersby. He wrestled with a soccer ball for a time, then took to exploring the look and feel of a polo mallet, and even had a bit of a cry before his mother calmed him.
For now, it looks like the young prince can only walk a few steps before squatting back down to crawl, which remains his primary mode of moving.
Baby George turns one on July 22. He is third in line for the crown.
