Universal Studios Florida unveiled part of its new Simpsons expansion over the weekend, the companion attraction to "The Simpsons Ride," which brings restaurants from the animated series like Krusty Burger, Moe's, and the Frying Dutchman to life.
The completed attraction won't be ready for a while but Fast Food Boulevard opened its doors this weekend with real-life replicas of Homer Simpson's favorite neighborhood haunts.
Moe's Tavern, Krusty the Clown's famous fast-food restaurant, Cletus' Chicken Shack, the Frying Dutchman, Luigi's Pizza, and more will serve up previously fictional food and drinks, like Duff Beer, Krusty Burgers, and Flaming Moes.

In "The Simpsons" television series, Moe's Tavern is run by grouchy bartender Moe Szyslak and frequented by Simpson, Barney Gumble, and many other Springfield residents.
In the show, Krusty Burger is known for serving up a variety of animal meats and its less-than-sanitary business practices. The Universal Studios menu features Krusty staples like a "Heat Lamp Dog" and a "Mother Nature Burger."
Fans of "The Simpsons" are excited that their favorite show has come to life.
"The Simpsons," which premiered on Fox in 1989, is the longest-running American sitcom. The show has won dozens of awards since its debut and spawned feature-length movies, its own line of merchandise, and "Simpsons" theme parks.
