Lindsay Lohan left rehab at the Cliffside Malibu Tuesday evening, completing a 90-day court-ordered stay for the charges of reckless driving and giving false information to a police officer after a 2012 car crash.

E! News reported that Lohan started her treatment at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage but switched to Cliffside Malibu because, according to a source, "she wanted a change."

Cliffside Malibu "offers cutting-edge, evidence-based, life-saving, holistic treatment in a luxury estate setting," according to its website, and is staffed with "industry leading professionals who are committed to you and your recovery, with a dedicated therapist helping you uncover the deep underlying issues that caused addiction in the first place, and healing your mind, body and spirit along the way."

A source told E! News Lohan had a goodbye dinner with residents and told them she would be staying the evening at a private residence. After leaving Cliffside Malibu, Lohan watched a performance at the Theatricum Botanicum playhouse in Topanga.

Lohan would serve as guest host for "Chelsea Lately" on Aug. 5. The show will air at 11 p.m. Eastern time on E!

While in rehab, Lohan agreed to an exclusive interview with Oprah Winfrey as well as an eight-episode docu-series that will chronicle her progress after rehab.

"OWN will air an exclusive interview with Oprah and Lindsay Lohan that will tape and air in August and an eight-part documentary series with Lindsay for 2014," an OWN spokesperson said earlier this month.

The 27-year-old's most recent gigs include guest appearances on Fox’s "Glee" and FX's "Anger Management" with Charlie Sheen. She will also co-star in the upcoming film "The Canyons."

Rebecca Macatee of E! News said promoting "The Canyon" may be the star's greatest immediate challenge.

"'The Canyon' opens Aug. 2, and despite some harsh criticism and not-so-nice commentary from fellow cast and crew members, this means Lindsay is back in the news for her true love — acting," Macatee said.

Lohan plans on traveling to the Venice Film Festival in late August.
