Lindsay Lohan is heading back to the big screen for a new film. The troubled 27-year-old actress announced at the Sundance Film Festival on Monday that she will star in a psychological thriller called "Inconceivable" that is set to start shooting in March.
Lohan said the plot revolves around a woman trying to reclaim something she lost,

The actress said she “would die” if Jessica Lange agreed to take part in the project.
Neither Lohan nor producer and financier Randall Emmett said who would direct the film.
Lohan has been busy of late. Last summer, she reached a deal with Oprah Winfrey’s OWN cable network to star in an eight-part series that tracked her efforts to rebuild her once-promising career. The series is set to air this year.
A crew from OWN filmed Lohan’s news conference and announced her latest project.
Lohan’s appearance this weekend marked the first time she had been to Sundance.
BuzzFeed mused that Lohan looked “'Mean Girls' Good.”
“It’s really nice to be part of something like this again,” BuzzFeed quoted the actress as saying. “This is something that I’ve been aspiring to get back for a long time now. I fell in love with the script, and I contacted Randall, and kind of harassed him to make it happen. But it’s just a really interesting story. It’s a psychological thriller about a woman who’s kind of on a journey to reclaim something that was lost of hers. And it gets a bit dark, but it’s a really interesting twist, and it’s something that I’m really looking forward to doing sooner rather than later.”
The “Freaky Friday” star and former model has been in the public spotlight since she was a toddler. She appeared in the soap opera “Another World” when she was 10 and had a leading role in a remake of Disney’s “The Parent Trap” when she was 11. That was followed by “Freaky Friday,” “Mean Girls” and “Herbie: Fully Loaded.”
Lohan has had a much-publicized struggle with drug and alcohol abuse, and a judge sentenced her to 90 days of rehab as part of a plea bargain following a June 2012 car crash. She remains on probation.
