Lou Ferrigno's wife Carla is the latest woman to come forward with allegations of sexual abuse against Bill Cosby, claiming that the comedian forced himself on her in the 1960s.

Her account joins the multiple others in the recent avalanche of accusations and bad publicity for the comedian who once held in high regard as the trailblazing creator of "The Cosby Show" and one of the first African-American success stories in television.

Carla Ferrigno detailed the 1967 incident — which happened some 13 years before she married the star of "The Incredible Hulk" — to the Daily Mail this week.

"I want to address every woman in America to come forward so this sort of thing doesn't happen again. Any woman who was hurt by this man needs to stand up and speak out against the insanity with the lawyers and the abuse. No more. No more," Ferrigno told the Daily Mail.

The former Playboy Bunny said she found herself at Cosby's house in 1967 after she was set up with a friend of the comedian who suggested they go play pool there.

Cosby turned on her after his wife, Camille, and her date left the room, Ferrigno said.

"Just as I was ready to put the pool cue down he came forward at me. I thought he was reaching for the pool cue. But he came at me and grabbed me in such a powerful way. Grabbing me," she said. "He was much bigger than me. Much bigger and he pulled me so hard and so rough. I had never been treated so roughly and he pulled me hard to him so hard. And then kissed me so hard, right in the mouth. No one has ever been that physically violent with me."

"I was stunned. I was frozen. I took all my body strength and used both of my arms to stop him and push him away from me. He was so forceful."

After the attack, Ferrigno said she ran off, found her date, and demanded he take her home. She has never spoken publicly about the incident, and never even told her husband about it.

Ferrigno joins multiple other women who have come forward and accused Cosby of rape and sexual assault, including supermodel Janice Dickinson, Joan Tarshis, and Barbara Bowman.

"I feel so bad for these women. I was the lucky one," she said. "I mean 'lucky' in that he didn't harm me. It harmed me emotionally all my life but he didn't physically harm me."
