A "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" brawl that took place last Wednesday night during a recent filming of the VH1 reality show reportedly led the show's producers to call an emergency meeting over fears of potential lawsuits.

The fight, which took place at an opening of a nightclub in Atlanta, was apparently between two women involved in a love triangle with the show's star, Benzino, whose real name is Raymond Scott,
The Associated Press reported.
In an interview Friday, Benzino, a former co-owner of The Source magazine, said the fight between his fiance Althea Hart and ex-girlfriend Karlie Redd was an "isolated" matter.
"Everything was sensationalized," Benzino said. "There were no bottles thrown, no fists were thrown, no guns were pulled out."
"The reality is we are in a time when everyone wants their shine; their few minutes of fame — and I get that, but I assure you I was not involved in any fighting nor was I knocked out," Redd added in a statement, the AP reported.
According to Atlanta Police Sgt. Greg Lyon, there were no criminal acts reported to authorities as a result of the altercation.
In a video of the fight, there is shoving and yelling but it doesn’t appear anyone was seriously injured.
According to Benzino, the only person hurt in the scuffle was a friend of cast member Joseline Hernandez who suffered a gash to her head. The severity of the gash was not reported.
VH1 has yet to issue a statement on the fight.
The reality show, which is a spinoff of the New York City version with the same name, is known for its heated disputes between cast members. It is currently entering its third season.
