A California man is suing McDonald's for $1.5 million because of the "mental anguish" he suffered after only being given one napkin.
Webster Lucas visited the Pacoima, Calif., McDonald's on Jan. 29 and ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe. When he realized he was only given one napkin, he says he went to the counter to ask for more but was
met with an attitude from the manager, TMZ reported.

"I should have went to eat at the Jack-in-the-Box because I didn't come here to argue over napkins. I came here to eat," Lucas reportedly told the employee, who then mumbled something about "you people," according to the lawsuit.
Lucas, who is black, sent an email message to the franchise headquarters complaining about his "hostile and unreasonable" treatment from the manager, who is Mexican-American.
"I am unable to work due to the undue mental anguish and the intentional infliction of emotional distress caused by your employee," Lucas wrote.
He now wants $1.5 million for his suffering.
