Mathew Knowles, Beyonce's estranged father, is teaching a one-day boot camp for entertainers interested in learning how to make it big like his famous daughter.

Knowles is offering "The Entertainment Industry: How Do I Get In?" on Oct. 24 in Houston, Texas, for the general admission price of $199. For $299, a special VIP offering allows attendees to have lunch with Knowles and get a photo.

In information about the event, Knowles is plugged as sharing his industry knowledge with music and business entrepreneurs. He's referred to as "the Grammy-winning executive and manager of Destiny's Child, Beyonce and Solange Knowles, NAS, and Mario."

It's not the first time Knowles has offered a class to share his knowledge. An MTV reporter attended last year, and said, despite some almost silly moments, the course peeled back "some of the layers of the onion" to show what it takes in hard work to make it in the entertainment industry.

Knowles is reportedly struggling to make ends meet, although he denies financial trouble to the media, and Beyonce and Destiny's Child apparently want nothing to do with him, Hollywood Take reported.

The Daily Mail said that, although Destiny's Child is looking to launch a 10-year reunion tour and put out another album, the group is seeking to block Knowles' participation in their new adventures.

Knowles owns one-fourth of the singing group, the Mail said. He had previously managed each of the women's individual singing careers, but all have since fired him.

Revelations that Knowles had affairs and fathered children outside her parent's marriage pushed Beyonce to separate from him, a source told the Mail.

"That it was claimed Mathew stole money from Beyoncé and then he sued to prove that he didn't was bad enough. But all of the extramarital affairs and children outside the marriage just made it so that Beyoncé doesn't have anything to do with her dad at all," the source said.

Destiny's Child had put off a reunion tour because they wanted to "nix" Knowles from the deal, the source told the Mail.

"They all want more than anything to give the fans one last run of the group, especially since they all have their own individual success, but don't want to deal with Mathew," the source said.
