Melissa Joan Hart had a makeup malfunction Tuesday night during the premiere of Disney's latest animated film "Frozen" at Hollywood's El Capitan Theatre.
The 37-year-old actress of "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" fame appeared to have forgotten to blend in her foundation powder into her forehead before stepping out on the red carpet Tuesday.
Hart reportedly became aware of the malfunction as the photographers snapped away, as demonstrated by the look of horror on her face in the photo above. She subsequently walked off the red carpet and corrected the situation before later posing with her husband and three sons later on,
StarMagazine.com reported.
Hart didn't react to the mishap, which was highlighted on various celebrity news sites and twitter feeds, choosing instead to focus on the fun she had at the premiere with her husband Mark Wilkerson and their three sons – 7-year-old Mason, 5-year-old Braydon, and 13-month-old Tucker.
US Magazine reported that Taylor Spreitler, Hart's costar from the ABC TV series "Melissa & Joey," likely clued her into the makeup mishap.

Earlier in the year,
Hart was selected as the new spokesperson for diet company Nutrisystem after she lost 20 pounds since giving birth last September using the weight loss-diet program.
Hart is one of the few Hollywood celebrities who publicly supported Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney in the 2012 election, a rarity considering that Tinseltown is known for its left-leaning politics with just a handful of prominent stars being outwardly conservative, such as
Clint Eastwood,
Bruce Willis, and
Jon Voight.
