Michael Jordan's house, listed in Chicago for just under $15 million, now comes with a collection of signature Air Jordans for any buyer who might be interested.
Maxim magazine reported Tuesday that Jordan has had a hard time finding an interested buyer since listing the mansion for sale in 2012.
The asking price has been halved from its original $29 million, and now His Airness and his real estate agent are hoping the shoe offer will sweeten the deal even more.
Specifically, the agent, Kofi Nartey, said the offer is "a pair of every edition of signature Air Jordans in the buyer's size."
"If the price is right, we can make almost anything happen," Nartey added.
According to the New York Daily News, there are 29 Air Jordan iterations in total, many of which are hard to find on the open market.
The agent has thus far promoted the Highland Park mansion by starting a website,
StartYourLegend23.com, and producing a number of high-end virtual tours on YouTube.
"It may seem over the top, but so is winning 6 NBA Championships and 6 NBA Finals MVPs," he explained.
The estate itself is set on a 7.4-acre property, and the mansion totals 56,000 square feet.
"Nine bedrooms and 15 baths provide ample opportunity to host friends and family, and guests can congregate and warm themselves by the five fireplaces spread throughout the home," reads the listing. "The extensive outdoor entertaining area features a kitchen perfect for alfresco dining, a huge circular infinity pool, and a pond."
