Monster energy drinks are the work of Satan, a woman claims in a new YouTube video that's received nearly 10 million views in less than a week.
Using props and diagrams to explain her theory of Lucifer's involvement, she makes a logical, if not improbable, case,
The Huffington Post reported.
She begins with the obvious.
Monster's "M" logo is styled to look like claw marks, presumably left by some winged demon or other agent of Beelzebub. The three marks don't actually touch, she explains, and each one actually looks like the Hebrew "vav," the sixth letter in the Hebrew alphabet. Thus, the logo spells out "666" — the mark of the horned, hooved one that gnaws on the traitor Judas Iscariot in the 9th Circle of hell.
The woman then points out that the letter "o" in Monster has a vertical line through it, making it into a cross. When someone imbibes the energy drink, they turn the can upside down, inverting the cross. This is not to even mention that it simultaneously makes a mockery of the Holy Communion.
"Bottoms up, and the Devil laughs," she explains. "Something to think about."
She also notes the company's slogan, "Unleash the Beast," which could reference The Prince of Lies himself.
Adding insult to injury, Monster also includes a number of unsavory language and ideas on its packaging.
"MILF’s dig it, and you will too," she reads from the drink's diabolical Pandora's box. "This is not a Christian company."
Monster is owned by Monster Beverage Corp., which also owns a number of other beverage brands, including Hansen's, Blue Sky, and Peace Tea — the last of which is probably some sick, ironic joke thought up by none other than the Antichrist.
