North Korean Clip of Seoul Attack Features Captured Americans (Video)

North Korea has released yet another propaganda YouTube video, this time depicting a missile attack on Seoul in which 150,000 Americans are taken hostage.

The four-minute clip, "A Short, Three-Day War," was posted Thursday on North Korea's official YouTube channel Uriminzokkiri, which distributes news and propaganda from the country's state-run media.

In the video (below), a male narrator describes different stages of an invasion on Seoul, including the destruction of forces under the U.S. Pacific Command with "powerful weapons of mass destruction."

"The crack storm troops will occupy Seoul and other cities and take 150,000 U.S. citizens as hostages," he says, according to a translation by the Telegraph.

A similar video released last month showed a city resembling New York City shrouded in an American flag and burning down in flames after a North Korean missile attack. The whole thing was bizarrely set to an instrumental version of Michael Jackson's "We are The World."

Just last week, another video made the rounds, this one showing the U.S. Capitol building exploding and the White House as the next target for a potential North Korean attack.

Earlier this month, North Korea severed its border hotline with South Korea in retaliation for the country's military drills with the United States.

North Korea is also acting out in response to U.N. sanctions it incurred after its third nuclear test on Feb. 12.

"North Korea's nuclear weapons and ballistic missile programs constitute a threat to U.S. national security and to international peace," President Barack Obama said in a statement at the time of the test. "The United States remains vigilant in the face of North Korean provocations and steadfast in our defense commitments to allies in the region."
