The wait has ended for the first public photo of North West, the daughter of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian.
A proud West released a photo of the 10-week-old Friday on Kris Jenner's talk show, “Kris.”

West and Kardashian fans have waited since June to see what the baby with the unusual name looks like.
Reports earlier this week said
Jenner would debut the photo of her granddaughter on the season's last episode of her new talk show.
West said the timing was appropriate.
"It's all this talk about baby pictures and, 'Can you get paid for the baby picture?' 'Do you want to put it on a magazine?'" West said on the show. "To stop all the noise, I thought it would be really cool on her grandmother's season finale to bring a picture of North."
On the show, West joked that “I’m supposed to be this musical genius and everything and I can’t really work the car seat that well."
On a more serious note, he said after the death of his mother he sometimes felt hopeless and he credited his new family for a new lease on life.
“After I lost my mother, there were times I felt like, I would put my life at risk. I felt like sometimes I didn't have something to live for,” the rapper said. “Now I have two really special people to live for, a whole family to live for. A whole world to live for.”
West said he hopes his daughter’s resemblance to him fades over time.
“I pray she looks like her mother when she's older!”
Reaction from online posters were mixed.
“Nori is a cutie. And bless Kanye for telling the world how much he loves Kim. I wish nothing but the very best for both of them and their little one,”
said one commenter at ABC News.
Wrote another: “Pretty eyes, awful parents.”
