Oprah Winfrey will run for president in 2020 if and only if she receives a "can't miss" sign from God.
The media mogul opened up to People magazine about all the 2020 chatter, saying that she turned to prayer to seek direction.
“‘God, if you think I’m supposed to run, you gotta tell me, and it has to be so clear that not even I can miss it,'" she told People of her prayer.
"And I haven't gotten that," she added.
This is not the first time that Winfrey has dismissed the possibility of entering the race for U.S. presidency in 2020.
An online campaign to lure her into running mounted following her moving speech at the 2018 Golden Globes, where she spoke out against sexual harassment and assault, according to Reuters.
But Winfrey, 64, has said repeatedly she's not on board with pursuing the title of commander-in-chief.
"I’ve always felt very secure and confident with myself in knowing what I could do and what I could not," she told InStyle recently. "And so it’s not something that interests me. I don’t have the DNA for it . . . That's not for me."
President Donald Trump has even addressed the rumors of a potential Oprah 2020 opponent.
"I'll beat Oprah . . . Oprah will be a lot of fun," he told reporters at the White House in January, but "I don't think she's going to run."
Winfrey continues to publicly shoot down the possibility.
“I am definitely not running for president,” she said during a recent appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"
She also dispelled the rumors in a web video interview on “60 Minutes Overtime,” claiming that being the leader of the “free world” is just not in her spirit.
