Jenny McCarthy is not on Oprah Winfrey's "list" and has no reason to be scared of her, the media mogul tweeted Wednesday.
McCarthy, former Playboy Playmate turned co-host on "The View," appeared on Bravo's "Watch What Happens Live" Tuesday night and dished to host Andy Cohen about her past with Winfrey.
McCarthy, 40, reportedly had a five-year deal in the works to have her own talk show on Winfrey's OWN network, but the deal fell through in 2011.

"I did a deal with her for five years, but we... kinda shook hands," McCarthy said. "I would be scared she would beat me up."
"So you think you're on her list?" Cohen asked.
"I'm sure there's probably a lot of people on her sh— list," McCarthy replied, "but I'm probably number four."
But the next day Winfrey tweeted out a supportive message to McCarthy, assuring her that everything's all good.
The deal with Winfrey fell through because
McCarthy reportedly wasn't happy with OWN's producers or the way the show was being put together, a source told Fox News at the time.
"Jenny wasn’t thrilled with the direction that OWN producers were going with on the show," the source said. "She had been working with Oprah and her producers for over a year, developing this project for OWN. Jenny finally decided to embrace Oprah's philosophy, which is to 'follow your bliss.' Well, Jenny followed her bliss and walked right off the project."
