Former “Baywatch” star Pamela Anderson visited WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, who's sort of in exile in London, bringing him just a vegan lunch, but a huge feast for news sites catering gossip and conspiracy.

It was “a nice vegan lunch and some vegan snacks,” said Anderson, who's an animal-rights activist and vegetarian, according to many, including U.K.’s Press Association and Time magazine.

The Canadian-American actress visited Assange in his sanctuary at the Ecuadorean embassy in London, where he apparently isn’t impressed with the choice of meals, noted Time.

“He said I tortured him with bringing him vegan food,” Anderson jokingly said.

(No, there are no credible details about them being along together.)

During Anderson’s visit, she took to Twitter, writing “#freeassange #getalife,” as  CNN pointed out.

Meanwhile, as the actress was coming to Assange’s defense, theories sprouted across social media that perhaps there was more to the visit than just Assange’s well-being, as CNN noted.

Assange has resided in the embassy since 2012. He was given asylum after facing rape and assault allegations in Sweden, Time noted.

The Associated Press said Assange has repeatedly denied the rape allegations and he fears being extradited to the U.S. if he leaves the embassy.
