Paris Jackson will make her film debute as “an edgy 20-year-old” in an untitled Amazon Studios thriller with a standout cast.

The 19-year-old daughter of the late Michael Jackson will be acting beside David Oyelowo in the movie, set to be directed by Nash Edgerton, according to Variety.

Jackson recently made her TV acting debut in the Fox drama “Star,” produced by Lee Daniels and focusing on a girl group trying to take the music industry by storm, noted USA Today.

In the episode of “Star” that aired in early March, Jackson appeared on the show as Rachel Wells, “a young, super-chic, stylish and intimidating social media guru.”

In Amazon's dark comedy, Oyelowo will be playing “a newly-married, mild-mannered American businessman with a stake in a pharmaceutical company,” according to Variety. The company is on the brinks of going public when Oyelowo’s life spins into a frenzy after an incident where he becomes stranded in Mexico.

The cast will include Joel Edgerton, Amanda Seyfried, Charlize Theron, Yul Vazquez, Thandie Newton, and Sharlto Copley.

Jackson has been busy in 2017. She attended Paris fashion week in January, popped up at the Grammys in February, and signed a modeling contract with IMG Models in March, USA Today noted.

She also appeared on the cover of the Rolling Stone in January and Harper’s Bazaar in March.
