Paul Walker's dad has filed a lawsuit against the family of Roger Rodas, the man who was driving the Porsche Carrera GT that crashed and killed his actor son last year.
According to TMZ, Paul Walker III filed court documents recently accusing the Rodas family of holding $1.8 million worth of his son's exotic car collection.
Rodas and the late Walker, who were both killed in the November 2013 crash, co-owned a performance and racing shop called Always Evolving, but Walker's dad claims all the vehicles listed in the suit were all fully or partially owned by his son. The elder Walker now wants the cars — or a comparable cash payout — back immediately.
TMZ reported that the Rodas family has rejected Walker's claims and a judge will ultimately decide the matter.
Paul Walker III opened up last month about the loss of his son.
"I feel his presence every day," he told E! Online. "I miss talking to him a great deal . . . Paul just radiated love and you can't fake that. Paul had a really good heart. I thought, 'How did I deserve such a wonderful son?'"
The actor's final film, "Furious 7," is scheduled for release in April.
