Rumors swirled over the weekend that Pippa Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge's sister, was engaged to boyfriend Nico Jackson, but now sources are saying the reports are totally false.
The Mirror's Sunday People reported that Middleton, 29, had gotten secretly engaged to Jackson, 35, her stockbroker boyfriend of six months, back in June.
"They didn’t want an announcement… because they didn’t want to take the shine off Kate and her baby," a source told the paper. "Pippa loved seeing Kate go down the aisle and now it is her turn for a fairytale wedding. She couldn’t be more sure that Nico is the right man for her. They are such a good fit for each other and their families get on really well. Everyone is so happy for Pippa."

The source claimed that the couple kept the news under wraps and planned to announce their engagement on Middleton's 30th birthday, which is on Friday.
But now an insider has
refuted the rumors, according to Us Weekly.
Though they may not be engaged, Middleton and Jackson are said to be very happy together.
"We're very pleased. They are happy, and that is all that matters,"
Ulrike Jackson, Nico Jackson's mother, told the Daily Mail earlier this year. "As long as my children are happy, then I am happy."
Pippa Middleton first made headlines when she stunned in an Alexander McQueen dress as sister Kate's maid of honor at the April 2011 royal wedding.
Kate Middleton and Prince William just welcomed their first child, Prince George Alexander Louis, in July, making Pippa Middleton a first-time aunt.
