Punxsutawney Phil Wanted: NH Police Call for Groundhog's Arrest

Punxsutawney Phil is a wanted groundhog in New Hampshire after the Merrimack Police Department called for the rodent's arrest this week when the New England area got pummeled with yet another snowstorm.

In a tongue-in-cheek Facebook post, the department calls Phil “armed and dangerous” and warns residents not to approach him while detailing their complaint against him: “He told several people that winter would last six more weeks, however he failed to disclose that it would consist of mountains of snow!”
