Ronda Rousey's first wedding picture was shared online by new husband UFC fighter Travis Browne on Tuesday after the couple tied the knot over the weekend in Hawaii. Then she kicked in three more.
While most of the mixed martial arts world was fixated on the Conor McGregor-Floyd Mayweather fight, Rousey and Brown had other plans.
People magazine tipped post-fight fans on what they missed.
"What an amazing day!! She is so perfect in every way! She makes me so happy! She is my other half! I Love You @rondarousey #browsey2017, Browne said in an Instagram post.
Rousey added three Instagram photos of her own.
The former UFC titleholder Rousey told "Live with Kelly and Ryan" in July that the couple decided to get married in Browne's home state, People said.
"He's Hawaiian so we're gonna do kinda like a backyard Mexican Corona party," the 2008 Olympic judo bronze medalist said on the show, per People.
The couple told TMZ in April that they were engaged but didn’t announce a wedding date at that time.
Rousey and Browne, who had been dating since 2015, were in New Zealand when Brown proposed under a waterfall, TMZ said.
"It felt like the right place to do it," Browne told TMZ.
Rousey is arguably still the biggest name on the mixed martial arts women's circuit, going 12-0 before losing to Holly Holm on Nov. 14, 2015, and then her return match against Amanda Nunes on Dec. 30, 2016, based on ESPN stats.
Browne's career has not been as successful, losing his last four bouts, the most recent to Aleksei Oleinik in a second round submission on July 8. He is 18-7-1 overall in the career professional fights.
