Sarah Jessica Parker's "Sex and the City" inspired walking tour of New York City promises fans a unique experience with the actress and her SJP shoe collection.
The tour is part of Airbnb's New York City Experiences, which features more than 150 "experiences" across all five of the city's boroughs, the company said in a statement. Parker's "Sole of the City with SJP" on Oct. 6 is a Manhattan walking tour, playing off her Carrie Bradshaw character on the hit HBO series, according to CNN.
The experience will run you about $400 and appears to already be sold out, according the Airbnb website.
"I'm an actor, producer, businesswoman, avid reader, and a proud New Yorker," Parker writes in her Airbnb biography for the experience. "While my professional life has taken me all over the world, I'll always call NYC home. The inspiration I find here fuels my work, from designing the SJP Collection to serving on the NYC Ballet Board of Directors. When I'm not working, you can often find me wandering the streets, falling deeper in love with NYC."
The website states that participants will start the tour at Bloomingdale's 59th Street for "an unforgettable shoe-shopping experience."
"I'll help you find the perfect pair of shoes from the SJP Collection to complete your look," Parker stated on the website. "As we peruse the shoe department, I'll tell you about the line and how the city that never sleeps helped inspire it."
Parker promised to take her tour to Forty Carrots for "the best frozen yogurt in NYC" and then to the New York City Ballet at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.
"You'll have some of the best seats in the house, plus some VIP surprises," Parker said. "It'll be a night you won't soon forget."
Parker led the ensemble cast of "Sex and the City," which ran on HBO from 1998 to 2004 and spawned a movie in 1998 and sequel in 2004.
