Former WCW and WWE wrestler Sean O’Haire, whose real name was Sean Haire, was found dead at his home in South Carolina on Monday. He was 43.
A cause of death has not yet been released.
O’Haire began his wresting career with WCW in 2000.

He was paired with the Natural Born Thrillers and won tag team titles three times before WCW folded. O’Haire and his partner Chuck Palumbo were the final WCW tag team champions. O’Haire moved to WWE and began a gimmick of giving “devil’s advocate” advice to people. He was partnered with Roddy Piper. O’Haire was released in 2004.
O’Haire later took up kickboxing and
mixed martial arts, according to TMZ.
More than 200
wresters have died prematurely since 1990, according to the Mirror. In April, James Hellwig, The Ultimate Warrior, died of a heart attack at 54.
