A lucky Snoop Dogg fan will have a chance to win an internship with the pot-puffing rapper if he or she donates at least $200 to his Los Angeles-based youth football league, according to the hip-hop magazine XXL, and if they don't win the internship they'll still get a signed pack of rolling papers.
The announcement came via a Twitter message promoting a PG-rated video featuring the rap artist telling people that the money raised from the internship competition will go to the youth football league.
"Through sports, children learn the values of teamwork, good sportsmanship, discipline and self-respect, and the importance of academics,"
according to XXL magazine. "Each year we have regular season games, playoffs and our own Super Bowl. All-star teams are chosen every year to travel to another city to compete with children in other football leagues, giving children an opportunity to ride an airplane, travel to states they never dreamed of going and play in the most prestigious stadiums in the United States."

Snoop Youth Football sponsors teams from South Central Los Angeles to San Bernardino, Calif.,
according to its website.
XXL reported that a minimum donation to the youth football league to be eligible for the internship was $200. The magazine said the $200 donation guaranteed a signed pack of rolling papers from Snoop Dogg.
The Snoop Youth Football League began in 2005 with more than 1,300 Los Angeles-area children participating, according to the league's website.
Even though the website still carries the Snoop Dogg name, the artist, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, Jr., told the New York Daily News in 2012 that he changed his name to Snoop Lion after a trip to Jamaica.
According to the Daily News, the rapper told a news conference that Rastafarian priests gave him the new name and set him on "a new path."
"I didn't know that until I went to the temple, where the High Priest asked me what my name was, and I said, 'Snoop Dogg.' And he looked me in my eyes and said, 'No more. You are the light; you are the lion.' From that moment on, it's like I had started to understand why I was there," he said.
