McDonald’s will be testing will be testing a sriracha version of its famous Big Mac sandwich at 126 restaurants in Ohio, the fast food chain announced Monday.

The chain developed its own sriracha sauce blend and tested it on Signature Crafted sandwiches in San Diego, Seattle, and Los Angeles over the summer.

Sriracha, a spicy red chili sauce, is popular with millennials, most of whom have never tried a Big Mac, according to USA Today. The move may be an attempt to attract younger patrons to McDonald’s restaurants.

Traditionally, a Big Mac contains two beef patties, a three-layer bun, lettuce, onions, cheese, and sauce. Other variations of the sandwich coming in early 2017 include a Mac Jr. with only one patty and a Grand Mac with more meat, a larger bun, and extra cheese.

If the testing goes well, sriracha Big Macs could roll out to all restaurants in the near future. The sriracha sauce will also be available on the side for dipping Chicken McNuggets and fries, Fox News reported.

McDonald’s had recently tried to expand its custom offerings with its Create Your Taste menu, but lackluster sales have caused the chain to end that offering in favor of one called Signature Crafted Recipes with fewer choices. While Create Your Taste offered customers more than 30 ingredients to add to a burger — including caramelized onions, chili lime tortilla strips and guacamole — the Signature Crafted Recipes option offers four custom topping bundles instead.

Customers largely approved of the Create Your Taste menu, but some complained it was too expensive and that the burgers took too long to make.
