The town of Swett, South Dakota, and its tavern, workshop, three trailers, only house, and 6 acres of prairie are up grabs if you've got $400,000.
Lance Benson is the sole owner of the unincorporated town in Bennett County about two hours southeast of Rapid City, but is selling Swett in order to focus on his traveling
concession business, according to the Rapid City Journal.
"Like I say, I hate to get rid of it," he said. "If I don't sell it, if I don't sell it this first year, I would probably keep it."

The Associated Press reported that Swett seemed to reach its peak in the 1940s, when a population of 40 supported a post office, several homes, and a grocery store. The property was owned by another individual before Benson bought it 16 years ago, stated the AP.
According to The Journal, Benson signed Swett over to his ex-wife in a divorce, but reclaimed it in 2012.
"This place is pretty much where the highway ends and the Wild West begins," said resident Gerry Runnels, 47, who told the Journal that his family has been coming to the Swett Tavern for three generations.
The tavern, the only bar within a 10-mile radius, remains popular, serving as a meeting place for residents in the area.
Swett is the second South Dakota town to be put up for sale in the last three years. Twila Merril reportedly sold Scenic, South Dakota, to Iglesia Ni Cristo, a Filipino church, for $700,000 in 2011.
