Taylor Swift is reportedly not interested in working with Randy Travis, what with all his drinking and legal problems, and now reports are swirling that the two country stars are feuding over her refusal to record a duet with him.

According to Showbiz Spy, Travis recently approached Swift about recording the duet but the singer said no.

"Randy is desperate to get his career back on track," the source told Showbiz Spy. "He has had his people reach out to Taylor Swift about a possible duet, but she said, 'no!'"

A source told the gossip website that Swift is worried that working with Travis will damage her reputation. The 54-year-old country legend has a history of legal troubles, including a DUI and charges relating to an incident where he was running around naked and drunk in a Texas town.

"Taylor is steering well clear of Randy," another source said. "She knows about all his troubles. She can’t be associated with someone like that."

Travis is also recovering after a viral heart infection landed him in the hospital in July. The singer then had a stroke and was forced to have emergency surgery to relieve pressure in his brain. He was released in August.
