Teresa Giudice, the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star imprisoned this year for financial fraud, will give her luxury vehicle, rental home income, and money earned doing reality TV to the federal government as part of her sentence.
NJ.com reported Monday that court papers show Guidice and her husband, who begins his 41-month sentence when she's completed hers, owe Uncle Sam over $400,000.
To help satisfy that outstanding debt, government officials will seize Guidice's 2005 Maserati Quattroporte, and garnish 25 percent of the money she earns from the Bravo TV Network for her show. The value of her TV contract is unknown, however the vehicle is worth approximately $20,000, according to Kelly Blue Book.
Additionally, consent orders filed Friday by the U.S. Attorney's Office show that the feds will get half of all rental income from the couple's home in Lincoln Park, as well as half the income from furniture sold out of their home in Montville Township.
The reality TV star is currently serving her 15-month sentence in the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut.
Her husband, Joe Giudice, who immigrated to the U.S. from Italy as a young child, could face an immigration hearing upon the completion of his sentence and could be deported.
He will enter prison when she finishes her stint. The sentencing judge staggered their time in the slammer so that they could care for their children, Gia, 14, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 5.
