A law enforcement team reportedly entered the mansion of Teresa and Joe Giudice, formerly featured on “Real Housewives of New Jersey,” and seized cash, jewelry, Christmas gifts, and other items because the couple hadn’t made a payment plan for the remainder they owe the courts, the blog All About the Tea reported.

Radar Online confirmed the story through an unnamed source, although Giudice reps told Radar it wasn’t true and the U.S. Attorneys office has not commented.

Both sites used an unnamed source to detail what happened during the raid.

“Teresa was home and was absolutely stunned by the raid,” the insider told Radar. “She had no clue they were coming. She was absolutely hysterical, and begging them not to take the girls’ Christmas presents.”

All About the Tea quoted from court documents that told Teresa Giudice that she had to set up a payment plan or face forfeiture of assets to pay the remaining $214,000 she owed after being convicted of bankruptcy and mortgage fraud.

Both Radar and the blog reported that a substantial amount of cash the feds didn’t know about was discovered in the house.

Radar’s source told the site, “The property will now be auctioned off with the money going into a trust account. If there is any money left over, it would go to paying creditors in their bankruptcy, in which they owe $14.3 million.”

The blog said about $11,000 worth of Christmas presents for the Giudice’s four daughters was taken, and the Radar source said of Teresa Giudice, "She is absolutely devastated that there won’t be any Christmas presents for their girls."

All About the Tea reported that all of Giudice’s jewelry was taken, with the exception of her wedding band, and that the law officers specifically asked for jewelry that was seen in one of the daughter’s closets on a Bravo video.

Teresa Giudice will begin serving a 15-month prison term in January. Joe Giudice wasn’t home when the raid occurred, the blog said, and a source said he hadn’t been at the house for about two weeks.
