'The Bible' Viewers Vent on Christian Mingle Ads on Twitter

"The Bible" may be dominating the Sunday night ratings race, but the ChristianMingle.com ads that air during almost every commercial break have some of the History Channel show's fans venting on Twitter.

Co-produced by reality TV mogul Mark Burnett and his wife Roma Downey, "The Bible" debuted March 3 to an astronomical 13.1 million viewers. The miniseries chronicles Genesis to Revelation with one overarching narrative, highlighting some old favorites from both the Old and New Testaments including Noah's ark, Adam and Eve, and the Exodus.

But the endless commercials for ChristianMingle.com, an online dating service for Christian singles, has some viewers frustrated.







The final episode of "The Bible" airs Easter Sunday at 8 p.m. EST on the History Channel.
