The Duggars would happily welcome a 20th baby "if God saw fit to give us another one," family matriarch Michelle said on Tuesday night's episode of "19 Kids & Counting."
The Duggar family's lives have been chronicled on the TLC reality show since 2008, when it premiered as "17 Kids & Counting." Since then, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, of Tontitown, Ark., have expanded their brood to 19 children, ranging in age from 26 to 4. What's more, all the kids' names start with the letter "J."
"People think we are overpopulating the world [but] we are following our convictions," Jim Bob Duggar once said in an interview.

On Tuesday night's episode, 47-year-old Michelle Duggar enjoyed a girls' day out with her two youngest daughters and her granddaughter.
"I think when we have moments like this it really makes me appreciate the time I get with my grandchildren," she said during the show. "I realize that I don't have those little tiny babies in my home anymore. We would welcome another baby if God saw fit to give us another one."
The Duggars announced in November 2011 that they were expecting their 20th child, but Michelle Duggar suffered a miscarriage just a month later.
"I think just the joy of looking forward to new young life in our family and then going to the ultrasound and finding out our baby had no
heartbeat was devastating," she said on the "Today" show at the time.
The Duggars also made headlines earlier this month when daughter Jill Duggar, 22, announced she was
engaged to boyfriend Derick Dillard. The pair plans to marry June 21.
"19 Kids & Counting" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EST on TLC.
