Trader Joe's has issued a recall for "exploding" bottles of soda — its popular Triple Ginger Brew — after customers reported incidents of unopened bottles shattering.

On Tuesday, the company reported a voluntary recall of the soda purchased from Nov. 9 to Dec. 14, with item number SKU 51857, after customers reported unopened bottles were bursting, the company said on the Food and Drug Administration recall website.

Customers have been told to carefully destroy the bottles and contact Trader Joe's customer service to get a refund.

The company said no injuries have been reported because of the exploding bottles. Some went online to express their dismay on the loss of all that ginger beer:

One man posted on a Facebook story on the KPIX website about the exploding ginger beer, "I'm reading this while vacationing in Hawaii! Bought 2 cases this year. Have been a big fan of this seasonal delight. Wonder what I'll come home to in a few days? Only time I drink any soda in the year. Who knew when I was telling my friends in mid November on Facebook you gotta get some! It's the bomb! That I was speaking my truth and actual truth!!"
