V. Stiviano, the woman who recorded Donald Sterling's racist rant that leaked earlier this week, declared her ambition to be president Tuesday, the same day she paraded around Los Angeles in a tinted visor and roller-skated in her driveway.
"One day, I will become president of the United States of America and I will change the legislation and laws," Stiviano announced to the horde of photographers camped outside her home. "Modern day history. Civil rights movement."
According to her lawyer Mac Nehoray, Stiviano is the one who recorded the former Clippers owner's racist ramblings during a conversation that took place at her
home in September, the Los Angeles Times reported. Sterling, 80, reportedly knew he was being recorded, Nehoray said.

The lawyer maintained, however, that Stiviano is not the one who leaked the tapes to the media, creating a whirlwind firestorm of controversy that led to Sterling's dismissal from the Clippers Tuesday.
The tapes feature Sterling criticizing Stiviano for posting pictures of herself with Lakers legend Magic Johnson on social media.
"It bothers me a lot that you want to broadcast that you're associating with black people," a voice reportedly identified as Sterling says to her. "I'm just saying, in your . . . Instagrams, you don't have to have yourself with, walking with black people."
Critics immediately jumped on the racist comments, pointing out that, not only is Sterling's team and the NBA in general 80 percent African American, but that Stiviano herself is mixed race.
Though many many media outlets have identified Stiviano as Sterling's mistress, Nehoray denies that the two ever had a sexual relationship.
"It's nothing like it's been portrayed," he told the Times. "She's not the type of person everyone says."
