In what he calls a "necessary" effort to keep World War III from breaking out, Ukrainian presidential candidate Dmitry Yarosh has threatened to destroy Russia’s pipeline that supplies most of Europe’s gas in response to Russia’s aggression in the Ukraine.
"We are well aware of the fact that Russia is earning money by transporting its oil and gas to the West through our pipe," said Yarosh, leader of the Pravy Sektor, or Right Sector, and a candidate for the Ukraine’s presidential elections in May, in an address reported by
The Voice of Russia. "Therefore, we'll destroy this pipe in order to deprive Russia of its financing source."

The Ukrainian Interior Ministry said Monday that the country’s National Guard and security service have
increased protective actions for the Trans-Siberian natural gas pipeline, Forbes reported.
Yarosh told the Voice of Russia that the Russians cannot be allowed to carry out a “blitzkrieg attack on Ukrainian territory.”
The Voice of Russia reported in February that Yarosh, 42, had served two years in the Soviet Army and had previously been declared by the U.S. as responsible for the violence in Kiev. The so-called Revolutionary National Guard that Yarosh had created is believed to be the beginnings of the Ukraine’s future police and secret services.
