YouTube Star Landon Clifford Dead at 19

YouTube star Landon Clifford has died at age 19. The social media celebrity of "Cam & Fam" fame suffered a brain injury and was placed in a medically induced coma for several days before recently passing away, his wife Camryn confirmed over the weekend. 

"August 13th 2020 was Landon’s last day being the best dad and husband he could be," she wrote in an Instagram post.   

The couple shot to stardom in 2017, after they launched their YouTube channel. The popular show follows their life with children Collette Briar Clifford, 2, and Delilah Rose Clifford, who was born in May, according to New York Post. They have since gained 1.29 million subscribers.   

In her Instagram post, Camryn explained that her husband had donated several organs to those in need. "He died saving the lives of others," she wrote. "That’s the type of person he was. Compassionate, loving, thoughtful, kind, and gentle. He was an amazing husband and the best father those girls could of ever asked for. It saddens me deeply that they will never get to truly know him." 

Camryn further expressed deep regret at having lost her husband at such a young age. 

"He was meant to make it to his next birthday. He was meant to walk his daughters down the isle," she continued. "He was meant to die old with me. Words can not come close to describe the pain I feel. All I can do now is make sure our girls know how much he loved us. He’s looking down on us from heaven and his light will shine through the clouds when we look up at him. May he rest peacefully."   

Multiple GoFundMe pages have been set up by fans to help raise money to help Landon’s family cover medical expenses and funeral costs.
