There are signs suggesting Alaska Airlines plane lacked bolts when it left the Boeing factory, The Wall Street Journal reported Monday.

Boeing officials believe the companies employees failed to put bolts back on after installing the 737 Max 9 plug door after opening or removing it during production, according to the report.
