A recent diner at a St. Augustine, Fla., restaurant left a note for the server about what he did not like. It was not about the food or the service.
What he did not like was the Christmas music that played throughout his meal.
Chef Michael Lugo of Michael's Tasting Room posted an image of the note on his Facebook page:
"My server in concern had to show me that, and it was really like, what is going on in this world? So we posted it," Lugo told First Coast News.
"I don't know if it's a trend in society, but to us, it's just scary. . . . I am a Christian, but I don't push that as my agenda. I think that Christmas is Christmas."
In New York City, meanwhile, a lawyer has sued his neighbor because of the Christmas music she is playing on loudspeakers outside her apartment "from 7 a.m. to midnight."
