Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber will likely be called to testify before Congress over recently uncovered statements he made about the law's crafting, says Rep. Jim Jordan.
"He used taxpayer money to lie to taxpayers. And then when it was all over, he made fun of them. Of course he needs to come before a congressional committee," the Ohio Republican said Tuesday on Fox News Channel's
"Hannity."
Gruber needs to answer questions about why he called the American voter "stupid" and why the law was written in a vague manner to ensure its passage, Jordan said.
"This just adds to our case that this is a bad law. It needs to be repealed," Jordan said.
