A home that formerly belonged to President Richard Nixon in California has been put back on the market.

The oceanside home, which Nixon used as his “Western White House” during his presidency, is listed at a reduced $63.5 million, The Los Angeles Times reported.

The current owner, Allergan CEO Gavin S. Herbert, had listed the 5.45-acre estate in 2015 for $75 million. Herbert has owned the estate for more than three decades.

Nixon bought the home in 1969 after he had asked one of his aides to find a presidential hideaway. Nixon refurbished the home and named it La Casa Pacifica.

When Nixon resigned from the presidency, he returned to the estate to write his memoirs. In 1980, he sold the home and 26 acres to Herbert.
