By    |   Thursday, 22 August 2013 01:05 PM EDT

Michelle Obama is set to appear Saturday on "SábadoGigante" — one of the most popular Spanish-language programs on American television.

The First Lady will greet viewers in Spanish and then address Hispanic children, telling them about nutrition and healthy eating, The Miami Herald reports.

She'll also encourage kids to prepare balanced meals in the kitchen with their families.

And she’ll promote "Let's Move!" — her national initiative to end childhood obesity.

SábadoGigante — translated as "Gigantic Saturday" — is taped in Miami and broadcast on the Univision network. It debuted in 1962.

Hosted by Don Francisco, it is a three-hour variety program featuring dancers, singers, comics, and contests.

Some big stars who have appeared on the program include singers Enrique Iglesias, Ricky Martin, Shakira, and Selena.
