The CEO of MyPillow confirmed Tuesday he was attending the State of the Union speech after receiving a ticket at the last minute.
Mike Lindell told the New York Post he received the invite from House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., and Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-N.D.
"I've never been invited to such a thing," Lindell told the Post. "Every day is pretty surreal for me, for being an ex-crack addict, it's surreal all this stuff that has happened in my life."
Lindell was a struggling drug addict and later started his pillow company that has sold tens of millions of pillows, many via infomercials. He is an outspoken Trump supporter and has given money to conservative causes, including a pro-life movie that will debut in theaters next month.
The Post reported Lindell will also attend this week's National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, D.C.
