Argentina presidency office said in a statement on Monday that it deeply regretted the death of Pope Francis, the first Argentine leader of the global Catholic Church.
Libertarian President Javier Milei, who previously clashed with the pope but patched things up after taking office, praised his focus on inter-religious dialog, building up spirituality amongst the young and his focus on cost-cutting in the Vatican.
