Russia is considering a whole range of possible steps in the area of nuclear testing, the Kommersant newspaper quoted Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov as saying.

"The international situation is extremely difficult at the moment, the American policy in its various aspects is extremely hostile to us today," Ryabkov said.
